Terms
The Fine Print
Commission scope: Applies to one-time development and
setup fees. Excludes
third-party recurring costs such as hosting, domain renewals, or external software
licensing.
Payout timing: Commission is released once the client's
full project payment has
been received by YHDEV. For two-payment projects (Standard/Custom), payout occurs after the
final 50% is received.
Default rate: 15% commission is the standard rate.
Negotiable up to 20% for
high-volume or exclusive referral arrangements. Reach out to discuss.
Cookie window: 90-day attribution window from first
click. If the referred
client returns within 90 days and purchases, you earn the commission regardless of how many
visits it took.
Exclusions: Commission does not apply to clients you have
already been directly
introduced to by YHDEV, or to your own purchases.
No lock-in: There is no obligation, no minimum referrals,
and no exclusivity
required. Refer one client or a hundred. The same terms apply.
